As we all know Nash finished in first..but following him are Lebron, Dirk, then Kobe..though Kobe got the 2nd most 1st place votes and the most 5tth place votes.
Not that it matters but my rankings would've gone:
Kobe, Lebron (though very close) Nash, Dirk.
