I think Lakers have about 10% chance of winning this series.
It's going to be tough to turn it around without healthy Malone. Kobe needs to penetrate or give it to Shaq, no more junk shots with 20 seconds on shot clock. I will take Shaq going to the line with his 40% freethrow shooting over Kobe shooting a 3 with 25% or less. If Kobe can get to the line, that's even better.
