I understand that Lieberman and Clark aren't competing in Iowa but why are their numbers so low? I understand there are a couple people here who call them the better Democrats out of the bunch but is their support really THAT dependent on appearances within the state?

(I don't support either of them but I'm genuinely curious)

Yup - no face = no vote

Although I suppose there are pockets of support for those two but they don't have their staff here working people and shoving things in people's face. The key is getting your info out - they chose not to do that here - the others did.

Too bad Edwards was for the war. He didn't have the moral umph to oppose the war. Screw him.

Yeah the polls really have turned around for Kerry and Edwards. Nevertheless, the press keeps harping on the inaccuracy of polls in predicting caucas results, and the importance of organization. I am going to jump on that bandwagon and predict the following result:

1) Gephart
2) Dean
3) Kerry
4) Edwards
