DOes it really exist? It looks well done to be fake.

In Japan there are lots of porno video games out for the playstation so I'm guessing that it is real but mostly likely a crappy game.

Ya mean 30? Demondreams.com has had final fantasy xxx out for years, but it's just final fantasy 1 with a dirtier plot. They have lots of funny hacked Nintendo Roms there.
