I would rather see an HD update to VII.

Me too. 🙂 I think most people would. Especially since I know people who won't play it because they only care about graphics (a housemate of mine actually said this). Whatever, they don't deserve it. 😛

I think they'd make loads of money as well, can't quite work out why they've not done it since surely it's less effort/risk than making an entirely new game.

I can see why they started with ff10 though, it's got to be tons easier to make HD than ff7. 🙂

For the love of all that is holy, I just hope they get rid of THIS SCENE. ...oh, and pretty much any scene where Tidus bitches and moans at everyone about his troubles, which would be just about every in-game cut scene involving him.

OH GOD. I couldn't remember enough to think of which one you meant but the moment I clicked the link. It would be even more cringey in HD. >.>

edit: I didn't rewatch it but from memory... was it supposed to be like the Titanic spitting scene perhaps?

id rather see HD remakes of 6 & 9

as well as Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross

There was that fanmade remake of Chrono Trigger but it got stopped. 🙁

With such huge fanbase for FF7, why don't they just do a fully 3d version of it or something, complete with voice acting. I tried hard to like FF13 but damn it's hard to like. "I want to be a hero"
