The game is pretty decent. I'm not gonna tell you anymore to spoil anything about the game. The issues, I've been experiencing are just annoyances and I've never played the Super Nintendo version, so I assume it's a port issue.
When you use the airship throughout the world there are, what seem to be stutters, which occur predictably enough and might be noticeable, and it's annoying.
What's more annoying if that in battle, slow downs constantly occur and everytime a charcter or enemy attacks, it pauses the "action meter" making battles longer. And because of the slowdowns, sometimes when you press buttons, they don't register, so it's easy to mess up and heal someone that you didn't mean to.
When in battle, the item description doesn't show when choosing an item. That would have been nice. And some items, when not in battle, the descriptions aren't even correct. They didn't describe the difference between a cottage and a tent. I had to figure out the hard way that the tent doesn't give you all your MP back. However, it says for both, "Recover HP and MP."
Often, after your character attacks, he/she becomes immediately available to attack again.
The game would've benefitted from a journal to keep track of progress. Say your couldn't play for a while and forgot where you were supposed to go next. I realize most RPGs don't have this, IIRC, but I still find it a fault.
