Final Fantasy games for PC?

I THINK they had FF7 for PC right? Have they ever released any other of the Final Fantasy games on PC?

Im interested into getting into some really good RPG's on my computer (just in my spare time) and I thought maybe I'd start with FF7. Anyone know if its much different from the PS version?

FF7 and FF8 were both released for PC, you can get the demo's from ausgamers. I'm not really a fan of them as they seem to be stuck in 640x480, and I hate playing them with a keyboard/mouse

FF7 was an excellent PC port in terms of better graphics.
it was an horrible port because they didn't put any additional effort to take advantage of PC capabilities (font and details were still blocky and huge like on TV)

buy yourself a $10 8-button generic controller and you'll have a Blast! The yamaha midi engine is utterly beautiful.

FF7 and FF8. You can emulate FF9 though.

Or better yet, get a PS - > USB controller adapter from www.lik-sang.com so you can use your PS controller to play.

Ive got a sidewinder microsoft controller so I can do that.

You can get an emulator and play the classics.

I think there's a directx patch for FF7.

Logitech Dual Action PC Controller... $20 at Best Buy. Looks exactly like a PS2 controller. Works very well 🙂
