Final Fantasy 7 - Advent Children

Finally, a Final Fantasy movie to come out that is based on the story of one of their games. It's supposed to be 2 years after the end of FFVII, one of the best selling FF games of all time.

Looks awesome to me.

Bah, I wish they had made a sequel to the video game, not a movie. Cut scenes are cool in a video game, but making this into a full length movie might be pushing it....

I'm sure they will one day. What I really want to play a sequal (or prequal) of is the US FF2, or JPN FF4 (same game) because it was so awesome.

Yeah, when I first saw the Pic, I thought they were coming out with a sequel, I almost crapped myself, then I realized it was gonna be a movie, which is still cool as hell, but not AS cool as a Final Fantasy 7 - 2 game...

 
i was hoping for FF7-2 VIDEO GAME :-(


at least its gonna be a real FF movie unlike the crap Spirts Within... still don't wtf was in the execs minds to make a scifi movie...

FFIII was the best game in the series. Granted, it probably wouldn't make a great movie. But I don't need some CG movie starring a "girl" with spiky hair.

Cloud looks almost exactly like a TA I had a few semesters ago.
 
BAH! My room mate showed me a video from it on IGN and told me it was a sequel to FF7.

Now I'm angry... a game would have been so much better then a movie :|
