Final Exam Help: If you know will fail a exam 100% and the course, will you still go write it?

You people are missing the point.

Personally, I think you should go and have fun with it, BS the whole test. You never know what will happen. Like someone else said, you've already got nearly 25% of your grade, so if you make 50% + possible curve, you should be good to go. I'd think you could get 50% just by BSing, right?

edit: your professor WANTS you to pass if at all possible, remember that.

First of all, what's the course. And second, why are you sure you will fail 100%? Have you not studied at all for this course? Surely the project provided you with enough insight for the finals. Unless you were the slack the rest of your group members had to pick up ;)

In any case, you should just try your best and hope the curve is nice. No point hurting yourself.

It took me until my final test to figure this out. If you actually put work into the class, the studying for that final will be cake. Oh well....I learned that a little too late;)

Dude what school are you at? I know you're in Toronto.. most uni's have a policy that if 3 exams are on the same day, you can defer one.
