Final Exam Help: If you know will fail a exam 100% and the course, will you still go write it?

Ok so here is the scoop, I missed a final exam last semester due to illness and they shifted that exam to this year's final exam season. Instead the school put the exam on the Monday, and on that day i have TWO OTHER FINAL exams, so i will be writing 9 hours of exam on Monday that ends at 10 pm.

But unfortunately, i have another exam on Tuesday 8.30 am and i know i will be too exhausted to write for that exam. Its total weight is 75% of the ENTIRE course so if i bomb it, i fail the course. Although i got 95% for the project in the case (25% of course weight), bombing the final for that course will kill me for good.... and i am not even finished studying for that course..
I called the school and they refuse to shift any exams for me, saying unless it is for legitimate reason such as illness...

SO what can i do now, i know for sure i will fail the course if i go write that exam on tuesday. I am thinking of making myself really really sick after my torture day on monday and get myself hospitalized for a few days?? Or maybe say i got into a car accident?

Maybe you guys here have better ways ?

9 hours of thinking/writing is just like a normal long work-day if you have a mentally challenging job... deal with the one time 9 hours of exam with a 6-7 hour sleep... besides "too exhausted" is just a college kid's term for "didn't study enough". just be confident and study while you have time for the tuesday class and be prepared weeks ahead... so even if "tired" you sit and breeze though it

Maybe my math is wrong, but you got 23.75% of your course grade already (95% of 25%), so you only need 35% on the final exam to pass the course.

Sounds easy?

One year and three months ago I posted a similar thread. I went anyway knowing I was going to fail the exam. Luckily there was divine intervention and I was stuck in a huge traffic jam during my drive to school. I called the department and was able postpone the exam for another week. At the end i passed :D

Study it all ahead of time and then come home right away to sleep, don't waste any time and you'll be fine. You can still get 6-7 hours of sleep easily.

huh?

Voluntarily commit yourself to a psychiatric institution. Just make sure you're sane enough to pass your evaluation so you can actually leave...

I see
What about getting the last Monday test moved to another day to get more time to study and sleep.

How old are you? 9 hours of writing and editing and answering questions drains lots and lots of energy. Both mentally and physically.

dude, quit with the whining and start working.

all three of your last thread reminded me when I first started college, procrastinated all the time and looking for excuse to get away with it.

I don't know about your college, mine had a rule that if you had 3 final exams start in a 24 hour period, you had the right to get one switched to another day / time.

The difficult part was going pack & forth between professors because no one ever wanted to be the one to schedule the make-up test.

At my school, 3 final exams on the same day is legitimate grounds to have alternate arrangements made.

Same here. That's actually a requirement if a student requests it.

i'm 28 and have taken exams like that all my life including medical board exams, mcats, and cheesy college finals. 9 hours of exams one day followed by 9 hours the next is routine. suck it up OP.
