Looks fine to me. Although, if it were me, I would by Crucial or Mushkin ValueRAM over Kingston, but that is just a personal preference.

SP2 makes XP Home and XP professional almost identical. XP Home users cannot join a domain, but aside from that, they are the same.

I have both and for home users there is no gain by going to Pro. You do get to spend more, and as Mott the Hoople said, "That's allllll."

the 90nm overclocks very well. if you intend on overclocking, i say get the 3000+ one. it overclocks to the same-ish as the 3500+.
