Looks fine to me. Although, if it were me, I would by Crucial or Mushkin ValueRAM over Kingston, but that is just a personal preference.

I would get the .9nm chip if the prices are about the same...there are a number of articles out there comparing them.

SP2 makes XP Home and XP professional almost identical. XP Home users cannot join a domain, but aside from that, they are the same.

I have both and for home users there is no gain by going to Pro. You do get to spend more, and as Mott the Hoople said, "That's allllll." :)

the 90nm overclocks very well. if you intend on overclocking, i say get the 3000+ one. it overclocks to the same-ish as the 3500+. :)

I looked at Crucial but they don't sell a 1gb(2 x 512mb) pack on newegg at pc3200.Which is what I'm geting.
