Do you really like that case and PSU? I think the door looks a bit cheesy myself, but the picture could just not be doing it justice. For the ~$120 that combo is going to cost you could pick up a better case and better PSU. You can pick up the Antec SLK3700 w/ 350 SmartPower PSU for $69 + shipping at Directron. For around $120 you should be able to find an Antec 1080 AMG w/ Truepower 430 as well. The Sonata w/ 380W Truepower is also cheaper than that at BB.

Personally, I would pick up the Barton 2500 as well. It should be a better OCer. Plus, the 2600+ is not $103 for the oem versus $93 for the Barton. Throw in a bit of better PC3200 RAM. Do you really need 1GB of RAM right now? Unless you are doing some editing or playing something like BF1942 you would probably get better results from 512MB of PC3200. When you get more money buy another stick.

Even if you are not planning on OCing now, I would consider it. A mild OC is easy and not very dangerous. The Barton 2500 will run at the 2.08GHz of the 2600 any day and be faster at it for less money. I don't know how the 2600 OCs, but no one seems to talk about it.

nice, I guess that is a decent PSU?

i heard that channelwell makes antec, not sure if its true though

That is true. That is true, but just because they are made by the same company does not mean they are equal. I have no personal experience with this PSU and I am a big fan of Antec. I have never really been let down by Antec from 4 PSUs over a few years.

CHIEFTECH w/450W
Well, not really into the bling bling cases, like I said more industrial. How does the Case/PSU combo look. I heard FoxConn is supposed to be pretty good. Plus I would be running the PSU no where near it's rated capacity.
Also, Should I ditch the included fans, or will they be ok?

I think that combo should do you pretty good. Far better than the original at least. I would reccomend purchasing 4 (or however many slots there are) of these case fans. Link. They are very quiet and will provide decent airflow for only $13 shipped. There are better cooling solutions available, but since you are on a budget, this is probably the best. I have no experience with the fans included. They should do if money is ver tight, but they are probably loud for the airflow they offer.

A "free" mod that has helped with my Antec Plusview 1000 (almost the same case) was to cut out all of the stamped fan grills and replace them with wire grills. This will help increase airflow and decrease noise. You do need to by a steel nibbler or Dremel to do this and wire fan grills. Still a nibbler is only $10 at Radioshack and fan grills ae $1 each.
