Final considerations for my E6300

I have finally decided I might want to overclock. If I do, the warranty will be broken. Therefore, it would be useless to buy an extended warranty for the OEM 6300 at TG.
Since I might be overclocking, will this Gigabyte mobo allow me to overclock? And will it be stable enough?

Because if not, then I probably won't be overclocking, and then I should buy the extended warranty.
THANKS!

That board is respected for its overclocking ability.
Most people are breaking 400+ fsb.

Thanks. I just don't want to regret purchasing the E6300 now.
