Perfect!!!

You have a powerful processor with one of the best mobos and lots of RAM memory. Also your hard disk should be one of the fastest.

But if you plan to OC opr upgrade your VGA card you will have to upgrade your PSU. I even think that the current PSU is a bit weak. I recomend at least 450W with at least 20 Amps on the +12V pin.
