Check out the combos for CPU+MB. Usually can save $20 or so

Overkill PSU.

The Vertex 2 120GB without the 2.5" to 3.5" bracket is $5 cheaper and has an additional $30 MIR, if you're interested.

Check out combos as suggested, but the config looks fine (except for the overkill PSU as mentioned). The 6870's really don't draw very much power at all.

Also for gaming 4G of RAM is plenty.

If you got that 750W PSU for crossfire, that mobo doesn't have crossfire.

You've already got the 6870, so I would just pocket the change.

How much left? You can consider a CF mobo and two HD 6850 (or two GTX 460 if you like Nvidia) but maybe that's overkill for your needs. I mean that thing is really fast:

I don't know if that's price/performance justified but you can cut the SSD, later we will have better SSDs on the market.

Ordered everything yesterday and today I get an email with a promo code for a 30 dollar discount on the i5!!!!

That puts the i5 around the 180 price range. Of course I called the egg and they honored the discount since everything is still in transit. But, from my previous dealings with the egg I knew it shouldn't be a problem.
