A little tough to read in that format, but maybe it's me. Just came from a client meeting where the wine flowed freely 🙂

But, think I got it. 😉

I assume the the monitor, HDD(s) & opticals will pulled from existing rigs, but what's the gfx card since it's a gaming rig?

Otherwise, I question whether a dual core is worth it. Not sure many games can make proper use it.

Also, seems expensive ram may not result in any benefit. Doesn't help much even on older platforms like mine in games unless you're gonna OC the poo out of the FSB. Seems even much less benefit on the 64bit platforms with the integrated mem controller on the CPU.

Just food for thought.....

Good luck with & enjoy the new build

EDIT: HERE'S a current post on the benefit of dual core in gaming. Have a look

I tried to clean it up a little so it is easier to read.

ANyway, since I am buying from Monarch, what ram would you recommend I get instead of the OCZ?

any ram $100 or less for a gig. that is im guessing for 2 gigs? corsair value select is a good choice. anything more expensive/lower latency adds absolutely nothing to s939 a64 performance.
