Then why be so salty because I wasn't 100% aware of Clarkson's business deals? I don't work in the UK media industry, but I do the Canadian one.
Because your initial comment did not paint you in a positive light. I'm trying to help you know. This is the internet.

They said series.............does that mean the show is cancelled?

Or are they just strange british people and use series to mean season?

What is the issue with Top Gear and Tesla?

I'm glad to see Clarkson held accountable for jerky behavior.

When Top Gear tested the Tesla Roadster they had issues with the car. Tesla Motors claimed that they basically made up some of the issues to present the car in a bad light, the failures were scripted.

We know that a lot of the car reviews are presented not in a serious way. The show on the Roadster came out right before Tesla was trying to do it's initial public offering. Musk was in Europe for the Road Show for the IPO and he had to answer a bunch of questions from investors about the Roadster failures on Top Gear, as if it was a serious review. Musk got pissed and Tesla Motors sued the BBC over it and Tesla lost the lawsuit.

Multiple sources reporting that Jeremy Clarkson of TOP GEAR fame will be sacked tomorrow. The BBC will attempt to continue the show with a new guy. No one knows if Hammond and May will continue without Clarkson. But for all intents and purpose the show we all love will cease to exist. I will boycott any future iterations in protest. Additional rumor says that JC will head to Netflix...which could be awesome...especially of Hammond and May join him!

well, to be honest, if he really did a punch a guy for a hot meal, then he is a douche and shouldn't condone such douchebaggery.

Clarkson is only 54? Jeebus…he's had some haaaaaard miles then. Looks at least 10 years older than that.
