I need some ideas for cheap readily available material I can use around my case to stop dust from entering.

Any ideas?

I generally use what aigo uses on fans. To filter other places like vents, I use air conditioner foam filter and hold it on with the hooks part of sticky-back Velcro. Positive pressure keeps the dust out w/o a lot of filtering if you block off extraneous venting.
