filters on Define R4 top and side

Are there dust filters on the side and top?

Looking at the images carefully, was wondering if i do choose to take out the sound dampening block at the side and top, and use fans on the side and at the top, are there dust filters available?

was comparing this to the Corsair 550D, which after removing the side and top sound blocking panel, there is still a layer of dust filter that can be used to make it easy to clean.

Only the front and the bottom are filtered. The side is not filtered so if you decide to put a fan there, buy a third party filter, costs a couple of dollars. I would not use a fan on the side because there's just no real benefit in it - having two 140mm intakes on the front is plenty.

The top and rear are not filtered as they are exhaust areas.

Don't use the forward top slot as it only draws cool air out before it can reach the CPU area.

Do they? I don't know if they do prefer it. But if so, I think it's because they like having a window, not because they're disappointed about not having a dust filter preinstalled.
