Filters and CFM reduction

I remember reading here before that the aluminum mesh filters reduce airflow by as much as 50%. What about the plastic filters LIKE THESE?

Would a semi-accurate guess be 25% airflow reduction?

Hmm, the silver ones reduce CFMs signifcantly, but I don't have an exact number. I'd have to guess around 30% or so.
