Filtering out single-pixel "beacon" graphics?

Does anyone know of any software that can block out single-pixel graphic files that are used as "beacons?" Many spammers and obnoxious websites have taken to using single-pixel or all-transparent graphics to track website use and to see who reads the spam that's sent out. Ad filtering software has gotten really good at stopping banners and popups, but can anything filter out graphics like these?
