Filter software?

A neighbor asked if I knew of an Internet filter software to stop and/or track Web sites that her young son is visiting. Do any of you use a filter software to stop Pr0n, and if so, what is the best?

Any other ideas (router configuration, windows firewall configuration, etc.) would be helpful.

Have you looked into OpenDNS? I think its free too.

OpenDNS looks like a good option. I'm going to try it out on my own network too.
