Filmmaker needs your help

My friend is making a micro budget film called "The Period". It is a full length feature made on practically no budget. He has everything shot and is in post production, but he wants to make his trailer available on the web. Does anyone know of cheap, or better yet free, hosting that he could use for this? His trailer is about 28M compressed.

Also, he needs a fairly simple(low cost) 2d/3d animation program. He needs something with at least a particle generator. doesn't matter if it runs on Mac or PC. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance. This guy is brilliant, but poor, so he needs all the help he can get.

I have like 150 GB of transfer a month I'm not using, I can host it no problem. As for a cheap animation program, no idea. I did see something like that posted in the Software forum, though.

Look for Blender for a free animation program. I use Hash Animation:Master for an inexpensive one ($250-$300) at Hash

There are some cheaper, but I use Powweb at $7.7 a month with 10Gb a day download and 5GB of storage.

actually yes it is... sort of. it's about a girl with a never ending period.
it is seriously effed up, and funny, which would cause most people to write it off. but there is more to it than tons of blood.
