Fricken sweet!

Wierd though that it was launched in Newburgh, NY. I was born there, my dad and his siblings grew up there, and my late grandparents lived their lives there. A few days ago, I bought an airplane here in Indiana that wound up just coming here after many years there. Pretty neat that it pops up again - especially with such a neat project.

Don't you have to get approval from the FAA to launch rockets above a certain altitude? But yeah, that would be sweet. :p

i think any kind of guidance on rockets is prohibited. i'm just glad the balloon didn't hit a plane on its way up or down.
