Filling out job application for 2nd round interview

I'm a graduate student, so I've moved every year, should I put them down? Also what about Internship housing (12 weeks, while I still had my other apt), and my study abroad in China (no idea how to translate that address, haha)..I'm guessing its for a background check but it seems a little absurd (plus I'd really have to dig for some of those addresses)

What kind of background check are we talking?

If it's just a typical one then just put one or two down in the general area (they'll check for anything in the state/county) and don't worry about it.

2nd round interview and youre filling out an "application?" Was your resume/CV not enough?

evidently not, this is the 2nd "application" i've had to fill out in my fulltime job search..

this one is online, and more annoyingly, its asking for:

Required field:
"Salary desired" xxx,xxx.xx

no leaving that one blank either..i hate the feeling of possibly lowballing/highballing myself

hey man, at least it says that, the one I just filled out was xx,xxx.xx, so you got another figure there .
