I heard that term &quot;Flip&quot; before, but I heard it was supposedly derogatory. Not sure why. I mean I've heard other filipinos use that term.

By the way, I'm filipino and I consider myself asian/pacific islander... and never considered myself oriental.

I've heard some say &quot;I'm not asian, I'm pacific islander...&quot; then which I reply, &quot;I'm not asian, I'm western pacific beacher&quot;

I'm Chinese (7/8) and Malaysian (1/8) so I have a nice skin tone (not too dark nor light).

haha agreed

asians are inclusive of indians and middle east to me, i prefer orientals as a chinaman

Russia east of the Ural mountains is part of Asia, west of it is Europe. If you look at some Russians, they are blond with chinky blue eyes:)
