Filezilla - IE access?

Hey gang. I finally got my ftp server up. Without using an ftp client program, can I access my ftp server via IE? If so, how? The server is setup through Filezilla. Thank you in advance!
 
In IE6, it was pretty simple to access FTP sites (for occasional use). However, in IE7 suddenly this simple task has become a problem, and one of the workarounds appears to be to add the ftp site to Network Places using Windows Explorer. Open Explorer - Click on Network Places - in the right pane click on Add Network - wait - Next on the Network Place Wizard - Select Another Network Location - Type the address of the ftp site - user name etc.
 
Ok, so I tried ftp://myipaddy and I could tell it would go. I run IE7 so, I did the Open FTP in Windows Explorer thing. It would go, but then would give me an error saying that it timed out. I am monitoring the FTP server via UltraVNC and I can see the activity. Any ideas?
