files and settings transfer wizard

okay, so I was reinstalling a windows XP system, and it had been updated to the newest version. I used files and settings transfer wizard to backup my dads outlook express software. Then I install XP, it had all updates since august slipstreamed inside.

so I go to files and settings transfer wizard, and find my folder with the backup files on it. What do I get? An error messages saying I used an older version of files and settings transfer wizard. sh!t. I don't see why it should have been any older, but is there any way to get this fixed? I need to be able to restore these files!

EDIT: Can somone supple me with migwiz.exe version 5.1.2600.2180? That is what I need.
