files and settings transfer wizard help!!!

I recently used the files and settings transfer wizard on my old computer (I had to use it in safe mode) and now when I tried to tmove them to my new computer it told me that the file didnt have any information in it
however the file itself shows several kbs

is there any software or any other way to open and possibloy save that information

When I built my new sys I just set up a network between them using a crossover cable. I copied my drive in like 10 min.
