has anyone else that subscribes to fileplanet noticed a drop in the download speeds?

i used to get like 350 kb or higher download speeds but now i get around 200 or less.

wtf?

now i'm at about 250 but it keep changing. before it was always constant. hmmm, think i figured out the problem. i've been using the maximum speed selector link instead of the east coast links. its not at 336 and still climbing. i guess their max speed selector is broken.
