Fileplanet times are inflated....

Well, started out around 2:30 saying 14 minutes of wait. Still 3:00 and it says 3 minutes of wait for the past like 2 or 3 minutes...

I just want to see that Tribes : Vengance video they released tonight which I didn't even know about till about an hour ago... *sigh*

Anyway, after thats its a 100mb download approximately, I think its 118MB to be exact. But its 3:00 AM so hopefully I'll get the full speed of my cable... then again, the difference between night and day here only makes 10kbps of download speed and so when downloading at around 300kbps, it doesn't really matter... Bah! Now its still at 3 minutes and its been 6 minutes since it said 3 minutes.... ARGH! Yeah, I'm annoyed because its late and I'm tired and I just want to see the video....

I should try that out sometime. My problem is that Gamespy is a site I like, I'm a cheap arse so I won't pay to be a subscriber, and I haven't ever liked IGN for some reason... I dunno why, maybe its the name, or maybe I'm balbbering since its 3:08 AM my place...

I don't see the point... I can see some people benefited by it, but not much. I'd rather just like it to download and who cares what speed. Maybe a seperate application so it can raise the speed when someone finishes. I'm pretty sure they have extra bandwidth for 56k users downloading large files so they don't use their 300k share... hehe
