FilePlanet: Spawn of the Devil?

WTF is the deal with fileplanet...do they actually expect me to pay to download free content? I would hope they pay royalties to all the mod authors who's work they are essentially selling.

Tip: go to file planet, copy the file name and google it. Its always available somewhere else and you don't have to wait 80 years for it to start downloading. Fight the system!

Go to fileplanet, get the name of the file you want to download, go search for it on filemirrors, then be happy.

I always use fileshack. Theres usually lines, but like it estimates an hour line and then I go through the line in 15 minutes. And then the file sends SO FAST that it is usually always worth waiting in line.

Beh, bandwidth costs them alot of money. They are providing a service for those that don't mind paying for it. If you don't want to pay then go to the multiude of free download sites out there. Simple as that.
