Filenames in OS X's folder view

When I browse files in OS X's icon view (not list view), how do I get the finder to show the full file names? Right now it shortens the names to the point where I have trouble figuring out what they are, for example:

[DB]_Bleach...394ED].avi
[DB]_Bleach...B95BA].avi
[DB]_Bleach...63AEA].avi
[DB]_Bleach...29F73].avi

I realize that I can hover the cursor over the names and it will display the full name, but I'd rather just be able to see the whole name because it's easier to sort through multiple files. TIA.
