BEWARE H&R Block online at all costs. I filed Sat, 01/20 and still haven't been able to pull up a copy of my return. When I check E-File status it says E-File requested 1/1/1900. And they don't have a TOLL-FREE number for customer service, YOU pay to talk to them. The only reason I used this was it said I would not be charged if I didn't file. I have a moderately complicated return to file this year, so I opted to try their service to save time. Long story short, it looks like it filed my return but I won't know until they get the website fixed.

H&R block had a huge fiasco i think last year , id stay away from them....intuit worked great for me, got my refund in FEBRUARY!!!

Go to Taxact.com They have a free download which you can use to manually print and file your taxes. Or you can pay them a small fee and electronically file. I used them last year, good program.
