File Xfer over Internet on Xp Pro Machine

What is the best and Easy way to do File Xfer over internet.
Both Machine have BroadBand.
I tried R. Desktop. I was wondering is there some thing better
I hate to loging cause it cause user to logg off!
and Blanked out the Screen
any idea ?

I typically use MSN Messenger to send files to friends, or I have a VPN set up for work. Or if you want to do some configuration on the other computer you can use SSH so you can transfer files whenever you want without having to wait on someone to set up an MSN Messenger session.

VPN is probably you best option unless you want to set up FTP through IIS.
Pretty easy to setup on two xp machines. You'll just have to remember the ip address.

Start->Run->conf [ok]

The setup places shortcuts on your desktop and quicklaunch by default.
