File version compare utility?

I'm trying to troubleshoot two supposedly identical PC's. Hardware wise they are the same. However, our application works on one machine but not another.

I was thinking of doing some kind of file compare of the files on each machine to make sure all the DLL's are the same version. However, I've been having a hard time finding an application that does this. Most of the apps I've seen are basic text file compare utilities and binary compare utilities, but what I'm looking for is one that will compare versions of files that are the same name, but file versions are different and display me a list of what is different.

Anyone have any suggestions for apps that do this?
 
Free for 30 days... FolderMatch 2.6.8 (I believe that's the version #). Great program. I use it for synching data between flash drive & machines. Definitely worth the purchase price (it was like $30 or $35).
