We're looking for a piece of software where I can select an active directory account and run it against a file server and it will show what folders he has access to implicitly and explicitly.

Any such program exist?

There is a programme called Active Administrator (version 4.1 currently). Maybe useful.

That looks like it is more for active directory security permissions and not file sharing permissions.
