File Sharing Across 2 Networks

Hi guys. I've got the following situation.

I've got two networks with two seperate internet connections here. I need the ability to store files on a hard drive that is accessible for both networks. Is there an easy way to do this? The networks do not need to join except for a single storage drive.

Is there an easy way to do this that I am overlooking? The smaller network is using a wrt54g router if that gives us anything.

Thanks in advance!

I don't want to bridge them, as we need to keep internet connections seperate. If I install a second NIC, can I share a drive on the computer and be able to access it from both networks? Also, how does the computer with the 2 NICs know which network to use for the internet?

yes...the server will use its configured default gateway for internet traffic. leave the default gateway for the interface you don't want internet traffic out of blank.

As long as the gateway in the TCP/IP are separate according to each computer's Network Gateway the Internet would be resolved separately.
