File properties

When you right click a file and go to properties, you can get to a summary page with descriptions [title, subject, author, etc]

Is there any way to get at this in c#?
is there any way to programmatically get to this information at all?

Are you trying to steal someones software and rename it yourself?

Or do you have the source and rights for re-distribution?
