starting out of the blue yesterday, Internet Explorer is basically closing all of my downloads at some point between me saying i want to save the file and when the download would finish (sometimes it closes just before the download reaches 100%. When trying to download using Opera, there are no problems. I have full updates for Norton and did a full system scan last night, same goes for Adaware and spybot S&D. nothing has turned up...other than this:
a little while after i did the full scan with norton (maybe 15 mins), norton poped up a box saying it found a file and defined it as "download.Trojan", and it said it deleted the file with no problem. i had done no websurfing between the full system scan and norton finding the trojan file...only used mIRC and AIM.
dont really know what to do from here...i guess i could just use Opera to download files, but i'd really like to figure out whats going on. maybe norton will have an update soon that catches whatever is going on here? i'm clueless...anyone wanna share some advice?
