file copy software?

I'd like something that preferable can take over the windows copy command... or have it's own "explorer." I want it to be able to skip files that have errors like can't read or something, and to report those at the end, but continue w/ the rest (when copying a bunch of files). It should also have some method of verifying copies as well when it's complete. And it shouldn't choke on large files in 1GB+ in size.

does anything like this exist? I'm sort of using syncback for this, but don't like the fact I would have to create profiles all the time.

if something similar exists.. i'd appreciate it. Thanks

ICE Mirror works similar to Syncback, except it doesn't require profiles to be setup prior to running it. It's kinda simple and you may not like it, but basically just select the two folders and hit go.
