File Copy Protection

I have a client that wants a server set up on his network. It would be used to share their accounting program and as a file server. He wants the client machines to be able to access files (CAD) and work on them and save the changes but he doesnt want the client pc's to be able to save them to floppy/cd or email them. Any ideas on how or what software would be required to do this?

The client wants to use Win2k Server.

I'd assume that could be done with Group Policies. In the Novell world, we do it with ZENworks (whic his available for NT).

Edit: That's assuming your clients are on NT/2000/XP.

Only let them access the files from PCs that have no floppy drive or email client.

If you can open the file you can copy it, end of story.
