File Backups to DVD+RW

I am sure this has been asked a million times, but I couldn't find what I was looking for by searching. I am interested in backing up files to DVDRW. I have a simple program that will overwrite the disk and copy the necessary files to the DVD, but I am looking for something that would just add to the disk until it is full and then just re-format the disk. Even better would be something that would allow me to write to the disk within programs such as Quicken just like a floppy. I used to do this with my CDRW using InCD. Does InCD allow this same functionality with DVDRW?

Anyway does Nero do what I am asking or better yet is there a free program that will do this?
 
Nero 6 includes InCD and will provide all the functions you need.
