file auto backup program

I fix computers for a living and lots of my clients will upgrade to either a new computer or i might want to format and install a new OS. Currently i just back up everything manually, i copy OE .dbx files, my documents, favorites, internet settings... word documents..... drivers, if possible, and it takes forever, anyways, Are there Any good programs out there that will automatically back up all that stuff to switch to the new pc. (not the whole harddrive) and and that could automatically restore the files on the new pc. I know of windows xp file settings and transfer wizard, but i need something better than that cr@p... if you got any recomendations, let me know
