File and Print sharing between win98 and winXP home

no problem with that.

make sure both are using the same protocol. i am using tcp/ip.

make sure both are using the same work group.

make sure file and print serving are turned on for the machine that is sharing.

make sure you set the drive(s) to share.

the rest is just drive mapping.
 
I have it all set up, it even sees the other computer's name, but when I click on the computer to see the shared files, it does something for a few seconds, and then says that the computer isn't available.
