is there way to check cpu s-code without taking the computer a part?
maybe using cpuz or something?
I"m trying to see if this system i'm thinkng about buying is P4 1.6A SL668 or not
also how do I tell if p4 1.6ghz cpu is a Northwood chip or not?

I don't ever recall seeing CPU-Z display the sSpec. I thought the only ways to determine the sSpec was to read the cpu die or locate it on the retail box flap.
