Movie is Houseguest with Sinbad. When the teenage Goth daughter flips out and runs to her room and Sinbad goes in to talk to her there's a song playing on her stereo in the background. Rock song, obviously, and it's kind of a mellow song. I also heard it on Viva la Bam one time also. For years I have tried to figure what song this is with no success.

I will be eternally grateful to the person who can figure out what this is.
 
I remember going through the soundtrack songs a long time ago but it wasn't there. I'll have to try it again, maybe I missed it.
 
Do you remember any lyrics, any at all? Even if its 2 words, doesn't matter.

in google, just type in:

"known lyrics" + lyrics

and you should see it

Nope. Maybe I'll go rent it or something and see if I can pick any of them up.
