Dude seriously lay off my friend. I think he know it's pretty bad that he get into this mess. You guys arent helping by saying he is dumbass. It's kinda like a kid touch the burning hot stove and got burnt. Do you tell him that he is a dumbass for doing that? Will solve anything? No. He will learn it on his own. What you can do at that point is make the situation lighter.
If u arent offering any real solution, do not post and call my friend dumb or me 🙂. Thx

Here is the whole story. The rate of traffic was around that speed. It was around midnight. There were alot of trucks swerving in and out of lanes. Plus, he sped up for few second.

You're retarded and so is your friend. Look at your original post. You say he was doing 30 miles an hour over and ask if there is a way to fight it. Yeah, sure, he might have a shot if he WASN'T going 30 miles an hour over, but how does he expect to get out of it otherwise? He was breaking the law... he got cited for it... yup, I think that means he has to pay the fine. Like other people said, he MIGHT be able to get it reduced or not get points by doing traffic school. If he decides to fight it, the ONLY way he will win is either if the cop doesn't show up, or if the cop wrote something inaccurate on the ticket. The speed of other traffic doesn't matter. And don't ever listen to anything Ylen13 says.

The difference between your dumbass friend and the kid that touched the stove is that the kid didn't know he was doing something wrong, your friend did.

Also, if your friend has AAA, they will reimburse him for a lawyer. 🙂

Tell him to contest it, go to court, talk to the prosecutor and tell him a good sob story. If he takes pity on your friend, he may reduce it.

Most states 30 over is probably wreckless driving its 25 in WV. I think getting a lawyer is only going to cost more money and accomplish nothing. Your friends best bet is to pay the fine and go on with life. If he's lucky the judge may reduce the points tacked on to his driving record but hes still gonna pay the full fine.

Speeding is like playing with fire eventually your gonna get burnt.

standard anadtech responde

If "take responsibility for your own actions" is a standard Anandtech response, then my faith in Anandtech has just gone up quite a bit.

Any amount of fine that he will be paying is nothing compare to what he could cause speeding like that.
If you need to speed, do it in a reasonable way.
30 over is just plain stupid and asking to be busted.

I murdered someone and got caught. Can anyone tell me what I can do to get off? I know I broke the law, but I don't want to face the consequences. Please help me and don't call me a dumbass for breaking the law and trying to get away with it. I shouldn't have to deal with my actions.

You're just retarded if you don't atleast try to get the penalties reduced. Fvcking yourself just for the sake of responsibility is dumb.
