No surprise to anyone their team sucked, now there are allegations of mistreatment of players and their coach sentenced to hard labor. Nothing motivates in sport like punishment, eh?

Now, this is just one article. It could be rubbish, but if it's true about any country it would be NK.

I don't know about you but I knew this was going to happen. Why would anybody expect otherwise? I'm surprised countries like NK are even allowed to participate, KNOWING they are going to torture their players for losing.

Well, I am sure they do not let their family travel with them. So, that would likely be asking for your entire family to be sentenced to hard labor or simply slaughtered. Not to mention, they can get you back (they have a history of abducting people in other countries and brining them back to NK)...
