I have the Fido 8801 and just wondering if anybody has the same problems I'm having.
When I power on, a folder with a question mark pops up, then it'd power down right away. When I take out the SIM card it would ask me for my security question, then a limited menu is displayed stating no sim card and where I want to transfer my data from.
Seems like the data it wants to pull from the internal memory is muckered up.
The phone is within 1yr warranty and another guy said I can exchange it at the Fido store where I bought it.
